The 2026 CelCo conference
is subject to the following terms and conditions:
A. Registration Terms

The early bird registration fee is available until August 31, 2026 at 12:00 GMT. Registrants whose payment has not been received by this deadline will automatically be charged the standard registration fee.

Registration will only be considered confirmed once a completed registration form and full payment have been received and processed by the Registration Office.

CelCo cannot be held responsible for confirmation emails being filtered as spam. Please ensure that your email settings allow messages from info@celco.ch and events@celco.ch.

The conference fee includes:
- Access to all live presentations and Q&A sessions
- Invitation to the welcome cocktail reception (Sunday evening)
- Seated lunch and coffee breaks during the conference
- Presentation slides, which will be distributed no later than 15 days after the event
B. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the CelCo Conference Registration Office:

Refund policy:
- Cancellations received before September 15, 2026: 100% refund
- Cancellations received before October 15, 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellations received after October 15, 2026: no refund

Participant substitutions are permitted at any time. Requests should be communicated to the Registration Office as early as possible.

All eligible refunds will be processed within two months after the conference
C. Force Majeure
In the event that circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent the conference from taking place (including but not limited to government restrictions, venue closures, or public health measures), registrants may choose one of the following options:
- Option 1: Access to all conference presentations
- Option 2: Cancellation with a 70% refund of registration fees (processed within two months after the scheduled conference date)
- Option 3: Transfer of registration fees as credit toward the following year’s event
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, court orders, labor disputes, public health crises, or disruptions in utilities or telecommunications.
If such circumstances persist and make the conference impracticable, either party may terminate the agreement by written notice. In such cases, 50% of the registration fees will be refunded within two months following the scheduled conference date.
D. Conference Program
The conference program is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
E. Participation and Conduct

Attendance at the Investing in Cellulose 2026 conference is restricted to fully registered delegates.

All participants are expected to maintain a professional standard of conduct. CelCo is committed to compliance with competition law. While presentations and discussions may cover industry-related topics, the exchange of commercially sensitive information is strictly prohibited.

If, in the judgment of the Chair, a discussion or presentation risks breaching competition regulations, a warning will be issued. Continued non-compliance may result in removal from the conference.

Participants are encouraged to report any concerns regarding potential breaches to the Chair. The Chair reserves the right to suspend or terminate discussions if necessary.
F. Personal Information

Participant contact details will be stored in the CelCo database and used solely for CelCo-related communications.

Unless otherwise specified by the registrant during the registration process, a delegate list including names, affiliations, and email addresses will be shared with attendees and included in conference materials.

Email addresses may also be used to communicate important event updates and information about future CelCo events.

Participants who wish to have their personal data removed after the event may submit a request by email to info@celco.ch or in writing to the Registration Office.
